At Paint Me Pink we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
Our policy offers a full refund within 20 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 20 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Paint Me Pink makes every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor, Stripe, or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 20 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
