This year, we are hosting Christmas at our home. I couldn’t be more excited to have a full house and spend time with my family. As we all know, hosting a dinner can be quite a task, so I wanted to keep the menu simple and delicious.

This recipe only takes minutes to prepare, and I’m sure your little ones and loved ones would enjoy making them. It’s also a healthy treat for Christmas that will put a smile on everyone’s face.

How to make Strawberry Santa’s with Cream Cheese Frosting:
- Place cream cheese, vanilla extract, and confectioners’ sugar into a medium bowl. Mix until creamy.
2. Add heavy cream and mix until the mixture is thick, smooth, and creamy. About 4-5 minutes.
3. Transfer the frosting to a piping bag with a small frosting tip.
4. Prepare the strawberries by carefully washing them. Make sure they are dry so the filling doesn’t just slip off the berry.
5. Cut the stem off each strawberry, then cut 1/4 off the top of each strawberry to create a smaller cone for Santa’s hat. Set the Santa hats aside.
6. Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto the bottom parts of the larger strawberry pieces. To create Santa’s beard.
7. You can dust powdered sugar over the hat to give it that snowy look or you can leave it as it is.
8. Add the top strawberry piece or Santa hat on top of the body and then use the piping bag to add the white pom-pom hat top.
9. To create Santa’s mustache pipe 2 side swirls.
10. Add 2 mini chocolate chip pieces for the eyes. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
How adorable are these Strawberry Santa’s!
CAN I MAKE THESE STRAWBERRY SANTAS AHEAD OF TIME?
You can make them a few hours ahead of time but no more than 4 hours due to how perishable cut strawberries are. The strawberries can get mushy with the frosting. Make sure you refrigerate until ready to serve. I recommend making these and serving them soon after you make them.

The most adorable santas! I love that it’s a sweet treat that doesn’t have as much sugar as cookies or sweets. Everything you make is so pretty! Pinned 🙂
